Heya user
Here is your answer !!

__________

' Relative atomic mass of an element which is light upto calcium is approximately __DOUBLE__ its atomic number. '

This is because in the lighter elements , number of protons is equal to the number of neutrons .

Now , relative atomic mass = no. of protons + no. of neutrons
= twice the no. of protons
= twice the atomic number ( as the atomic number of an element is the no. of protons it has ) .

__________

Hope it helps !!
