This line has been taken from Pearl S. Buck's essay India through a traveller's 'Eyes' in which she is of the view that religion is always present in Indian life. It has both good and bad aspects. If it is used for the welfare of the humanity it brings heaven on the earth. On the other hand it bad aspect is its narrow thinking which is harmful for the society.
