Rent is 150 per year from 1998 to 2003. Increased by 5 % every year. From 2004 it is 180 per month. What is ths amount for year 2008?

rent =150,157.5,165,172.5,180,187.5
adding these all we get Rs1012.5
now ,
from 2004 to 2008
rent = 180×12×5=2160×5=10800
therefore ,
adding 10800+1012.5
we get 11812.5
so , total amount = 11812.5

thanks for the help. But want the amount per year. n 5% adds up every year to that amount
eg if 1998 =150, 1999 - 150+5% = 157.5, 2000- 157.5 + 5%=165. 37 and so on
