Renu should then turn on the "Track Change" mode so that all the changes made by Renu are visible to the reviewer when she shares the document again. To do so, she needs to click "Track Changes" button and select "Track Changes" option.

Renu should then make the changes as per the comments, save the document and share it back with the reviewer.
