New Delhi has a lot of important landmarks but at the same time, it cannot be said that all places are kept adequately clean and tidy by the municipal corporation of the city.

Some road like the Ali Shah Marg is not at all maintained by municipal employees. Moreover, street lighting is not there at many important junctions and roads.

The dilapidated condition of roads is also a prime concern of citizens as every day a lot of accidents take place due to them.

There is an acute shortage of toilets and drinking water in the city and people have to resort to different ways of getting water and to relieve themselves.

Authorities must take note of these factors and do the needful in these matters.
