Sir,
With reference to the above I hereby request you to issue us the land certificate of our school land which is required for school affiliation for up gradation to Sr. secondary level. Sir, for your reference a letter of CBSE, Delhi has been enclosed herewith, it is very urgent has we have to submit at the earliest for speedy process of the file, we request your kind cooperation in this regard. The details of land owned and possessed by our school is enclosed herewith.
01. A land has been purchased in the school name vide Regd. Sale deed no.XXX dated XX/XX/XXXX
02. A land of Ac.1.05 dec. has been taken on lease for thirty years vide Regd. Lease deed no.XXX & XXX dated xx/xx/xxxx and xx/xx/xxxx respectively.
03. A land of Ac.0.07 dec. has been taken on lease for thirty years vide Regd. Lease deed no.xxxx dated xx/xx/xx.
Sir, we need a certificate of land on a format prescribed by CBSE, along with it we need another letter stating the position of the building of the school on specifying the plot and also request you to mention on which plots the existing campus boundary wall has been constructed. Sir this is specifically asked by CBSE for their reference. Apart from it they want a clarification regarding existing of road in between the plot no.xxxxx and yyyyy of mouza: _________.
