Step 1 ) Draw line segment AB = 11 cm

Step 2 ) Extend it yo point C by 1 cm

Step 3 ) Draw a perpendicular bisector in Mid of AC ( 12 cm )

Step 4 ) Draw a semicircle

Step 5 ) Draw a perpendicular at Point B that touches the arc at point D

Step 6 ) Measure BD and draw an arc keeping B as center.

Point E so obtained is root 11
