Draw a straight line AB horizontally of length 29 units.

Follow the procedure to bisect this line segment AB into AC and CB.

Follow the trisection procedure to divide AB into 3 parts: AD, DE, and EB.

AD is equal to 29/6.

You could also do as :    29/6 = 4 + 5/6
Draw a line AB  of length 5 units. Mark AC of 4 units on AB.  Now bisect BC and then trisect one of  the two parts.  We get the line required.
