Steps :

1. Draw a considerably long line say AG
2. Mark point A on it.
3. From Point A, Start marking at least 6 points with each point of length 2cm
4. As stated in the number line , Measure a distance of 5 units on the line A.
5. From the distance of 5 units , draw a vertical ray OF and take radius of 2cm and cut an arc on ray OC. Let it be Point C.
6. Verify the measurements using pythagoras Theorem.
7. Join A and C.
8. Now, measure the distance of hypotenuse , keep the length of the compass the same as hypotenuse and cut an arc on point C in ray OF such that the arc lies on the line AG.
9. Name the point as B
