-0.36363636, 0.1466666

Given :-

 -  \frac{4}{11}  \:  \frac{11}{75}

To Find :- Decimal forms of the given

SOLUTION :-

A fraction is changed to a decimal by dividing the numerator by the denominator.

 -  \frac{4}{11}  = -0.36363636

 \frac{11}{75}  = 0.1466666

In all cases above, add zeros after the decimal point.

  • The remainder will never be zero

  • The quotient goes on repeating itself (recurring). The process does not come to an end. It is called non-terminating or repeating decimal.

  • -0.363636 is a negative repeating decimal.
