Answer:

Let the sides of a triangle be x and (x+5)

We know that,

By Pythagoras Theorem,

(25)^=x^ + (x+5)^

625=x^ + x^ +10x +25

2x^ + 10x -600=0

x^ +20x -15x -300=0

(x +20)(x -15)=0

x= -20 and x=15

Since length can never be negative,

Therefore, x=15

Also, other side will be=x +5=15 +5=20

Hence the sides of the triangles are 15 and 20

Step-by-step explanation:

let

1st unknown side of triangle be xcm

2nd unknown side of triangle be x+5

(x+5)^2+x^2 =25^2

((x+5)x)^2=626

(x^2+5x)^2=625

x^4+5x^2=625

The process is right but i don't know why i am not getting my answer.i am sorry
