request letter you have to attend confrance for 6th 14th at November how ever exam are reschedule on the same date and you need to asked your HoD to reschedule the dates for your exam please write a letter of request to the HOD for the same in the latter give details and importance of attending the conference

Hello, sir/Ma'am I want to schedule a meeting with you.I would like to to make a conference to you on the 6th or the 14th. However my scheduling is on the due date of the exams.
