in this poem we can see that the poet is likely and depressed because he has llost his love of life Lenore and he somehow wants her to return to him.when there is a bang on the door he expects it to be Lenore.though he is scared too becaus a it's a late night hour.he sees a bird who just says nevermore.when the poet talks to the parrot and asks it whether he would ever meet Lenore the parrot again says nevermore but the poet says no problem but I will meet her in haven. in the end the poet has a joke of meeting his lover in heaven when he will also die.the hope of the poet makes us believe that he may overcome the sadnee in the future he is makeing up up his mind to be ready on a positive note.
