Any food chain starts with a primary producer who produces food by using energy from sun and ends with a quaternary consumer or decomposer.

Food chain:

Paddy field - Producer

Grasshopper - Primary consumer (herbivore)

Frog - Secondary consumer (carnivore)

Snake - Tertiary consumer (carnivore)

Eagles - Quaternary consumer (carnivore)

\bf\huge\boxed{\boxed{Food\:Chain\:}}}

⇒ The Sequence of living organisms in which one organism consumes the other organism is called food chain.

Paddy Field = Producer

Grasshopper = Primary consumer (herbivore)

Frog = Secondary consumer (carnivore)

Snake = Tertiary consumer (carnivore)

Eagles = Quaternary consumer (carnivore)

⇒ In the food chain grass is the producer grasshopper is the primary consumer frog is the second consumer and Eagle is the tertiary consumer.

⇒ Now consider a food chain having four levels In a grassland Grass is eaten up by a grasshopper the grasshopper is eaten by a frog and frog is eaten by an eagle.
