Question :-

Resistivity of pure metals is more than that of alloys. Is the statement true or false.

Answer :-

FALSE !

Explanation :-

Alloys are made from pure metals such that the strength of the elements increase.

This obstructs more electrons and hence we can say that it reduces conductivity or increases resistivity.

Although there maybe some exceptions , it is general that resistivity of pure metals is less than the alloys.

Hope it helps
