Let R be total resistance of combination
As resistances are in parallel
=> 1/R=1/2+1/3+1/5
=> 1/R=31/30
=> R=30/31
We know,
P=V^2/R
=> P=10^2/(30/31)
=> P=100/(30/31)
=> P=100*31/30
=> P=310/3
As resistances are in parallel
=> 1/R=1/2+1/3+1/5
=> 1/R=31/30
=> R=30/31
We know,
P=V^2/R
=> P=10^2/(30/31)
=> P=100/(30/31)
=> P=100*31/30
=> P=310/3
