yes , this statement is true , that resource are very essential for development but there presence doesn't not guaranteed ,it is because of the excessive use of resources ,in now time people are using resources very much as much than use and in the industrialisation , urbanisation, modernization , the demands of resources increased than first , people are not thinking about their limit use only using for their purpose ,to full fil their needs ,
this way the resources can be extinct from environment and then no. of years will spend on causing new resources .....
so we have to change our mind sets towards resources
