Nature has provided us with numerous resources, including both, renewable and non-renewable resources like forests, sunlight, water, air, fossils, flora, fauna, metals, minerals etc for our existence which humans take for granted, but they are neither a free gift nor infinite. all resources, especially non-renewable are depleting at an alarming rate because of human greed, over use and malpractices as well as ever increasing world population.
nature and the planet are getting crushed due to the ever increasing demands. the judicious use of resources is need of the hour, as sooner rather than later they will get exhausted resulting in global energy crisis. not only that, it will have irreversible effects like ozone depletion, soil erosion, floods, global warming, droughts etc on environment, thus endangering life on the planet.
immediate steps need to taken to prevent a massive energy crisis of global scale. we need to stop exploiting and start reusing, reducing, refusing and recycling.
