Respiratory enzymes are present in an Eukaryotic cell.
Explanation is as follows:
An Eukaryotic cell is a cell which has a well defined nucleus with a nuclear membrane.
It has a several lengths of thread like structures called DNA ( Deoxyribonucleic Acid) which is wound up around certain proteins which are actually composed of RNA ( Ribose Nucleic Acid). This cell has much larger ribosomes as compared to that of Prokaryotic cells which have smaller ribosomes.
The Eukaryotic has several cell organelles (including Mitochondria) is present in almost all plants and animals including Amoeba, Euglena and Chlamydomonas.

Concerned with Respiratory enzymes:
We all know that the the cell organelles which are responsible for cell respiration are Mitochondria.
This Mitochondria is responsible for the release of energy from the Pyruvic Acid (formed inside the cytoplasm of the cell during anaerobic respiration) due to which it releases energy and stores it in the form of energy compound- ATP ( Adenosine Triphosphate) along with the formation of Respiratory Enzymes. This Mitochondria is therefore also termed as POWER HOUSE OF THE CELL. The Mitochondria has also its own ribosomes and also contains its own DNA.
