Retrieve your animal tissue specimens. If you have an Edmentum lab kit, your specimens are frog skin, human cardiac (heart) muscle, and human red blood cells.

As you did with the protist slide, start with the lowest magnification and record what you see. Identify the structure of the tissue and whether you can see any individual cells and cell structures. Repeat with the next two magnification settings.

In the answer space, write down what you observed for each sample under each magnification.
