According to me, option D,) (Shulte 2) is the right answer because it is in MLA format.

You can see the author's last name along with the page number is needed in the citation.

Also, the typical thing here is you can only be able to use the title of the article in the in-text citation in case if the name of the author is unknown.

If you google MLA in-text citations, you can find in-text citations for that format.
