They wanted to organise a rebellion against the foreign government and even tampering with the loyalty of the army and guerilla warfare for overthrowing the foreign rule.

The revolutionary movement began in foreign countries also for giving freedom to India from the British. The revolution- ary activities that began in India spread to different countries like England, Canada, America, Germany, France, Myanmar (Burma), Malaya, Singapore, Afghanistan, Russia. Revolutionary movement in foreign countries was started by Shyamji Krishna Verma. India house ceased to potent organisation after its liquidation in the wake of the assaination of William Hutt Curzon Wylie by a member of India house by the name of Madanlal Dhingra. The event marked the beginnings of London Police's crackdown on the activities and partons including Shyamji Krishna Verma and Bhikaji Cama to Europe from where they carried on works in support of Indian nationalism. Some Indian students, including Har Dayalal moved to United States.
