A girl was holding something in her hand. With her other hand she picked up a regular black pen and wrote on the object in her hand. When she let go of the object, the writing shrunk and became more solid. What was the object ?

As the air was in the balloon, it was wide. Words written on it was the reflection of the pen nib. When the girl let the object go, the balloon started shrinking because it was untied.

As a result it was out of air. With shrinking, the written words on it becomes more solid
