riddles for you. if it is dry it will be 2 kg but wet it will be 1kg and when it is burnt it will be 3kg. which thing it is

Sulphur(Atomic wt:32) which when burnt turns into sulphur dioxide(Atomic wt:64).When wet(mixed with water) doesn't dissolve but floats on it effectively reducing its weight to 16
