\textbf{Heya}

Given :-

In a right angle traingle,

Hypotenuse = 13cm

Base = 12cm

Using \textbf{Pythagoras Theorem}

(Hypotenuse)^2 = (Base)^2 + (Perpendicular)^2
(13)^2 = (12)^2 + P^2
P^2 = 169 - 144
P^2 = 25
P = 5cm

Area of the right angle triangle

= \textbf{1/2 * Base * Perpendicular}

= 1/2 × 12 × 5
= 30 cm^2

\textbf{Hope this helps you}

consider the abc is that right Triangle
given that
hypotenuse is 13 centimetre
and base is 12cm

by applying Pythagoras theorem
13= √[12^2 + AC^2 ]
AC = ✓[13^2 - 12^2)
= √[169 - 144]
= √25
= 5
area of a right angle triangle is half × base× height
1/2× 12× 5
= 6×5
= 30
