Right to speech on social sites is very useful and it must be very efficient and most implemented in now a days . This is the age of social media . and one can easily trust on any stranger sitting next to its virtual world . One should not believed to anyone stranger it must not be happened . 

If someone being violated . it has a right that one can report against any person and have equal right to raise its voice . on online spams or cyber crime it can be 4 years imprisonment or it may charges up to $10000 fine .

one can easily join cyber forums to discuss about issues if someone ma experience such type of issues . I totally follow this right . and with this right one got right to information and follow all advise . with this act one person become bold enough to raise voice against which Is bad and not good
