This line conveys that communication can be effective when right words are used to a right person ( means a person whom we are talking/discussing - the reciever) at a right place ( means our surroundings, it play a important role in communication, it refers that what we are speaking or conveying should be at right place so that no one has objection).

This may sound simple, but communication is actually a very complex subject.

This transmission of the message include our emotions, the cultural situation, the medium used to communicate, and even our location. the roles of the sender and recipient are not distinct. The two roles will pass back and forwards between two people talking.

1. right person :

• suppose u are boy or a girl ( I don't know) and u are going to propose someone u like. but u proposed to anyone else by some kind of misunderstanding or a mistake and u love hear it.

now all can suppose what will happen.i don't think I need to tell that, we all have seen movies and dramas.

2. time:

• everything in this world depends on time.
• example : if u like someone u should propose as soon as possible by taking ur time as well as giving him or her time.
• if u became late and someone else does it ,or he or she likes someone else.

on that time u will became third wheel in between them.

3.place :

• place matter according to people we are communicating.
• what if ur grlfrnd like silent and peaceful place and u took her to the club or bar
• what we u are doing some kind of deal and u need to talk to dealer,which needs peaceful place but u took some cafe to talk which is popular and expensive to show ur wealthy but doesn't suit ur environment because of popularity.
