Since they were new in business , suppliers of goods did not allow them any credit. In order to overcome this problem , they requested Shreya, a prominent person of the city , to join the firm as a partner. She agreed for this subject to the condition that he would neither contribute capital nor share any profit/ loss and participate in management. A supplier supplied goods of Rs 80,000 to the firm on credit. Since the firm was not doing well ,Rini and Ishu could not pay the amount due to the supplier.The supplier approaches Shreya for the payment of due amount.
