A river is flow of water in a stream. River has three stages young, middle and old stage ,in each stage there are unique features formed. These features  include; 1)Rapid ,it is found in the young stage. It involve flow of water through ragged stream leading to formation of small water falls .1) Meander ,this is basically the bending of river from its original direction, it occurs in middle stage when the the velocity has reduced .3) Bend is another feature formed by river in the second stages ,it is actually the deviation of  water from its original stream ,tending to change of  flow of river water.Estuary is  the entrace of river to its empting body .
