HEYA.!!!
The hilum of a liberated seed is a small scar marking its former place of attachment. The short ridge (raphe) that sometimes leads away from the hilum is formed by the fusion of seed stalk and testa. In many seeds, the micropyle of the ovule also…
Micropyle (botany) a minute opening in the integument of an ovule of a seed plant. Micropyle (zoology), a differentiated area of surface in an egg, through which a sperm enters.

the hilum remains attached to the stalk and the micropyle is the small opening next to the hilum which allows the male gamete from the pollen grain to enter the ovule
function of micropyle
The micropyle helps in absorbing the water at the time of germination of the seed. It is through this micropyle the root emerges out at the time of germination of the seed.
