Distance=1200m/1000=1.2km
Time=4min/60=1/15hours
Speed= Distance/Time
Speed=1.2/1/15=1.2*15=18km/h.

Given : Rizwan covers 1200 m in 4 minutes on his bicycle.

To Find :  Speed in km/hour.

Solution:

Rizwan covers 1200 m in 4 minutes on his bicycle.

Distance = 1200 m

1000 m = 1 km

Hence Distance = 1200/1000 km = 6/5  km

Time = 4 mins

1 hr = 60 mins

=> Time = 4/60  hrs  = 1/15  hrs

Speed = Distance / Time

= (6/5)/(1/15)

= 6 * 15 / 5

= 6 * 3

= 18  km/hr

Speed in km/hour  = 18
