220 is the cost price....if we deduct profit percentage we get the cost price of the product...

220*10%= 22 rupees is the profit....

if we deduct 22rs from 220 we get cost price....

220-22= 198 is the cost price of the toy...

There is an equation
Profit = (SellingPrice-CostPrice)*100/CostPrice
Applying it here
10 = (220-CP)*100/CP
10/100 = (220-CP)/CP
CP/10 = 220-CP
CP+10CP = 2200
CP = 2200/11 = 200
hence Cost Price = Rs.200
