Rohan works in an organised sector whereas, Sumit works in an unorganised sector.

Rohan enjoys good facilities as he is working in an organised sector like,

i) Rohan can enjoy security of government. He can not be removed from the job unless there is a legitimate reason. Sumit's employment is not secure. He can be asked to leave without any reason.

ii) He is expected to work only a fixed number of hours. If he works more, he has to be paid overtime by the employer. Whereas, if sumit works more, he will not get paid leaves.

iii) He can get paid leaves, payment during holidays, provident fund and gratuity, etc. Whereas, Sumit will be able not enjoy all these facilities.

iv) As Rohan works in an organised sector, it is registered by the government and have to follow the rules and regulations. Whereas Sumit works in an unorganised sector which is nor registered by the government, There are rules and regulations but these are not followed.
