As per the question,
Rohit can do 1/5 of work in 5 days.
So, Rohit will do whole work in 5*5 i.e. 25 days.
Again,
Mohit can do 2/3 of work in 8 days.
So, Mohit will do whole work in 8*3/2 i.e. 12 days.

So, Both will do work together in 1/(1/25 + 1/12) = 300/37 days.
