Let his monthly income be x. Then,
according to question
1/5x + 1/4x + 1/3x + 1/15x + 9000 = x
12x + 15x + 20x + 4x/60 + 9000 = x
51x/60 + 9000 = x
9000 = x - 51/60
9000 = 60x - 51x/60
9000 = 9x/60
x = 9000 × 60/9
x = 60000.
Hence, his monthly income is ₹60,000.
