Economics can help those how live in slum area by providing them basic facilities& basic knowledge about the health, education and many more.
So they developed at an individual level.

So I wish the government will help them in such a manner that they can grow personal interest through some basic knowledge of environment & surrounding.

If they get to know about what is actually happening in whole world, then they r able to make their own world in a way they want.
They can even notice the mistake that we had done while delivering us towards development.
So they might be helped thousands.
