Dust  in the atmosphere function as condensation nuclei which are tiny particles  that water  vapor condenses onto when clouds form.water vapor condenses onto these tiny particles  of dust  and becomes liquid cloud droplets.

dust particles are small and very important constituent to atmosphere..... it is very important to weather and climate bcoz when there will be no dust than water vapour will not condense to form fog cloud and precipitation from clouds.... evaporation from water keeps the average surface temperature cool and moderate....
