Subject - Awareness regarding public sanitation.
Respected Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that there have been many instances of public urination in Khedari Nagar, Pune. It is a residential area and we have the kids playing around in the park in the center of the society. We do not wish to let our children see and learn such habits of public urination. Also, it is very unhealthy and there is a high chance of infections and diseases to occur in the neighborhood due to public urination.
We have already written to municipal corporation regarding this issue and have requested them to build public toilets. However, there has been no response from them. So, we are writing this letter to you so that you can publish it and bring the issue to the notice of the officials.
We suggest the officials build public toilets, one each for a male and for a female. Also, we request the municipal cleaners to clean the footpath and the toilets (after they are built) regularly to keep any infections at bay. We also request to appoint a helper who can keep an eye on such issues and catch hold of people who are spoiling the natural environment.
We look forward to a positive reply.
Thanking you,
