women have a important role in globalisation because in early days men think that we as women's have no right to move out for studying in higher classes . so till class 7th to 9th the parents of the those women's teach them and then at the age of 14 or 13 they get them marriaged to a person who is a very high qualified, educated , family. where the women's have no right to move out for studying in higher class if the women wanted they were forced to work as hard as possible so that they did not go out to work or do anything they wanted to. this made them fell pity on themselves, because they are not allowed to go out with any one after marriage. Now, as the womens are independent of the work they do and no restrictions are there for especially women s that they will only work for the family of their husband. so the mindset of the people has also changed.
