The youth have an important role to play in eradicating corruption. Their biggest advantage in this fight against corruption, is their proximity to masses – such as student groups, work groups, associations etc. They can take an active part in spreading the word, to fight corruption, among their counterparts and peer groups.

They must set an example to others by not falling victim to corruption, themselves. Learning to say ‘NO’ to bribery and not taking ‘shortcuts’ at government organisations to achieve an objective, are two basic things to follow.

Report corruption to relevant authorities and follow up till an action is taken.

Small measures such as above, go a long way in rooting out corruption.
