Let Rohan's present age be x years.
the Rohan's father's age = 4x
After 5 years,
Rohan's age= x+5
Rohan's father's age = 4x+5
but Rohan's father's age = 3times rohan's age after 5 years of his present age
=3(x+5)= 3x+15
now, 3x+15=4x+5
15-5=4x-3x
x= 10 years
therefore, Rohan's present age= 10 years
Rohan's father's present age= 10 x 4= 40 years
now, Rohan's age 5 years ago= 10-5= 5 years
Rohan's father's age 5 years ago= 40-5= 35 years.
the Rohan's father's age = 4x
After 5 years,
Rohan's age= x+5
Rohan's father's age = 4x+5
but Rohan's father's age = 3times rohan's age after 5 years of his present age
