  \frac{\sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3} }{\sqrt{3}   -   \sqrt{2} }  =   \frac{{ \: (\sqrt{2}  +  \sqrt{3}) \: }^{2} }{3 - 2}  \\  = 2 + 3 + 2 \sqrt{6}  \\  = 5 + 2 \sqrt{6}

a=5,b=2
