Given : root-3 root-6

√-3 x √-6

To Find :   Simplify

Solution:

√-3 x √-6

√-3  = √(3)*(-1) = √3 x √(-1)  = i√3

√-6 = √(6)*(-1) = √6 x √(-1)  = i√6

√-3 x √-6

=  i√3 x  i√6

= i² x √3x6

= i² x √3x3x2

=  i² x 3√2

i² = - 1

= - 3√2

√-3 x √-6  = - 3√2
