Rory and Trent poured equal volumes of cold
water into two identical styrofoam cups, then
put identical thermometers in each. They put
one cup in the sun and the other in the shade,
and recorded the temperatures every
10 minutes. Here are their results.

C) T (Times) TS (Temp in sun) TC (Temp in shade)

D) Temp. in sun

E) The cup in the sun would not absorb more sun since the color black repels sunlight whereas white absorbs sunlight. (Which is why light-skinned people tend to get sunburned compared to a darker skinned-person)
