Now,
Time taken = difference in clock reading.
So,
Time taken will be 20 minutes

But, we are asked the speed in km/hr

So, lets convert time into hour by dividing it with 60
So, time = 20/60 = 1/3 hours.


So, the distance travelled = 8 km
Time taken = 1/3 hours
So,
Speed = distance /time
So speed = 8/1/3 = 8*3 = 24 km/hr

Therefore,
The average speed of Rosh is 24 km/hr.
