13000-10000=3000 is interest
SI is same for all years
10% of 10000 = 1000 ( per year 1000 interest)
14500-10000= 4500 = 4000+500
=4 year + 1/2 year
= 4 1/2 year

s.i. prn/100
so s.i from 1st condition 13000-10000

is 3000

so substitute values on second condition

time period s.i(100)/p(r)

s.i in second condition
14500-1000
is 4500

so. 4500(100)/10000(10)
is. four and half years
