Nominal Value(N.V) : Rs.100
Return% : 10%
Premium : Rs.20
Market Value(M.V):
= Nominal Value + Premium
= 100+20
= Rs.120
Formula:
= M.V * Return% = N.V * Dividend%
= 120 * 10 = 100 * Dividend%
= 1200 = 100* Dividend%
=> Dividend% = 1200/100
= Dividend% = 12%

Rate Of Dividend = 12%
