she lent it to another friend at 12 % per annum compounded annually=
from relation I= PRT/100
I = 18000×12×1/100=216000/100=2160 for a year
again for anther year = 20160×12×1/100= 241920/100=2419.20
sum of Intrest = 2160+2419.2=4579.2
she recive 18000+4579.2 = 22579.2 from her friend
she has to give Intrest=18000×12×2/100=432000/100=4320
then she has to give 18000+4320=22320
to her friend
by subtracting 22579.2-22320=259.2
The profit that Ruchika earn after 2 year is 259.2.
