Ruchita wanted to check if the size of the flame effects the time for which combustion takes place( typically a handle with a thicker wick has a bigger frame ) She took 2 candles of the same height, one with a thicker wick ad another with a thinner wick.and two identical jars. She lit both of them at the same time.The one with a thicker wick produced a bigger flame than the other,as she expected.She then closed both the jars at the sometime,and noted down the time taken for the flames to die out. She found that the bigger flame got extinguished faster. The reason behind this could be that the bigger flame................ A. Released heat faster B. Had less space to burn C.
