Rule of law acts as the basis to the any constitution:
It is because, rule of law states that state is not ruled by the elected representatives but the laws framed by the most honorable and privileged people.
It is because if there is no such rule of law, then the elected candidate will rule the country according to his wish which will create serious cues in the constitution. Thus they must abide and follow the principles and saying of the content put forth under titled concept called rule of law.
